Morya Jewellers manufactures jewellery and related articles in gold, silver, and other precious metals, as well as base metals clad with precious metals.

Our production covers gold, silver, clad base metals, and a range of precious and semi-precious stones. Each material family is processed under its own preparation and finishing routine.
Combined materials
Stones are set into metal, and metal families are combined with stones and other materials to meet the specification of each article. Custom alloy formulations and specialized stone settings are supported on request.

Tools, benches, and assembly stations
Metal preparation benches, toolsets, and precision assembly stations form the core of our production floor. Work is staged so that each article moves cleanly from material preparation through setting and finishing.

Inspection protocols govern each stage of production, from metal purity and clad adhesion to gemstone classification.
Precious metal purity
Gold and silver stock is verified for purity before alloying and casting, so each article meets its stated metal specification.
Clad adhesion
Base metals clad with precious metals are checked for layer bonding and surface integrity before finishing begins.
Gem inspection
Precious and semi-precious stones are classified and inspected before setting to confirm they match the design brief.
